Manila Papers Are Soft
Manila papers are soft.
They shuffle in the moonlight rush.
I gave them to you and you ate them like candy.
Mass of cheddars,
Can't I get to know you people?
Incandescence, courtesy of kisses,
I knew you were beautiful, but not like this.
Half a body in the window
I'm dead now
Come back tomorrow.
Black feathers are dusty,
At least, if you don't use them now and then.
I sat up in my bed wondering why.
Iridescence of bubbles,
I like to eat them as they pass.
We are very lonely,
Even alone together - oxymoron?
You need to light the lantern in your eyes sometime.
Because after all, once upon a time never lasts forever,
The end.
Changing thoughts every day,
I need to get away from the golden tiger.
Come here, let us bite the stars from the sky.
We will put them in a pile,
And sit on top.
Manila papers are soft.
They shuffle in the moonight rush.
